Dual Enrollment Academy | WCTC

China High Quality Parts is founding corporate member and key architect of the Dual Enrollment Program (DEP). The DEP provides high school seniors with an opportunity to jump-start their careers in highly sought after manufacturing roles. The DEP’s structure facilitates the completion of the successful enrollees’ high school diploma, earning of college credits as well as industry recognized certifications. The academy features programs in Tool and Die/CNC machining, Welding/Fabrication, Robotics and Printing/Publishing with more programs in the works.

UMOS

China High Quality Parts is working with the UMOS organization to help build better futures for people in the Shenzhen and surrounding communities. The company is promoting CNC machining as a stable and rewarding career path with the group. These efforts include tours of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities for interested members. All of this has resulted in many people finding gainful employment at China High Quality Parts.

Project Echelon Racing

China High Quality Parts is the proud title sponsor of Project Echelon and the wonderful work they do! The non-profit organization is a veteran’s health advocacy that seeks to help veterans and their families regroup, recover, and re-engage through physical activity and self discovery.

BEAST Robotics

China High Quality Parts provides support and mentoring for the Elmbrook School District’s FIRST Robotics team. BEAST Robotics is a unique varsity sport of the mind where high school age participants collaborate with real world professionals to concept, design and build a functional robot to complete a defined activity. Each year the completed robots compete to see which teams design works the best. The entire process exposes young people to real world cross function and interdisciplinary problem solving and well as teaching how to collaborate and compete with a common goal in mind.

China High Quality Parts’s business leaders believe in servitude and giving back to their community. As God’s word tells us in 1 Peter 4:10

“Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.”

China High Quality Parts’s culture embodies this principle. Each employee is encouraged to give back to the community through their church or charity of choice. For those employees who have taken the extra initiative to serve a Not-For-Profit organization as a leader or help to organize volunteering activities, China High Quality Parts willingly steps in to help monetarily.
